Dr. Gowda founded Premier Health LLC in 2017 and is a dedicated osteopathic physician board certified in Internal Medicine and American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is a US Army veteran and certified fitness instructor who emphasizes holistic patient care. She is passionate across specialties like mental health, cardiovascular health, sports medicine, and weight management. With keen eye to use AI to improve healthcare, she blends innovation with a deep commitment to wellness and community. Her dedication for service has been recognized with the prestigious President's Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the community with Rotacare Maryland and Rotary International.
Dr. Tinille Jenkins
Dr. Jenkins, DMS, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional, researcher, and advocate for holistic well-being whose doctoral research explored the connection between stress and premature hair graying, reinforcing her commitment to addressing both external and internal factors that influence health and beauty. Holding two master’s degrees, a doctorate, and board certification in clinical laboratory science, she blends academic excellence with a passion for service through community health outreach and efforts to combat hunger in underserved populations. She is also trained in conducting Department of Transportation physicals. As the author of The Art of Compassionate Living, Dr. Jenkins inspires readers to embrace kindness, mindfulness, and resilience, a philosophy she embodies in both her professional and personal life. When she’s not advancing her field or volunteering, she cherishes time with family—whether at lively gatherings, on travel adventures, or savoring her mother’s homemade chocolate chip cookies and Maryland crabs.
