DR. PALLAVI GOWDA
Dr. Pallavi Gowda founded Premier Health LLC in 2017 and is a dual board-certified osteopathic physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. A U.S. Army veteran and certified fitness instructor, she delivers holistic, patient-centered care across metabolic, cardiovascular, mental health, and sports medicine domains. She integrates AI-driven innovation into clinical practice and has been recognized with the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for her community service through RotaCare Maryland and Rotary.
DR. NANDINI GOWDA
Dr. Nandini Gowda serves as a Physician Consultant with Premier Health and is dual board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She specializes in comprehensive primary care, metabolic health, women’s health, addiction medicine, and integrated behavioral health. She is committed to advancing health equity, Dr. Gowda brings evidence-based, collaborative leadership that bridges academic medicine and community care while delivering compassionate, high-quality outcomes.
Meet our amazing executive assistants
MARIA
Maria has a solid background in customer support and healthcare administration. She began her career in the business process outsourcing industry. In 2022, she transitioned into the U.S. healthcare sector as a remote assistant for a Pediatric Dental Clinic in California. Since 2024, she has been a key member of the practice, supporting Dr. Gowda with administrative aspects, managing appointments, patient communication, coordination, and daily operations, bringing warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to the team.
GRACE
Grace brings extensive clinical experience spanning over a decade, having served in both the hospitality and medical industries since 2011. Her background includes roles as a COVID-19 vaccinator, Operating Room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nurse, and a dedicated volunteer in Cataract Surgical Missions. With her strong clinical foundation and commitment to patient care, Grace ensures seamless support in both administrative and medical aspects of the practice.
